Bulk Update Etsy Listings
POST/api/etsy/instances/:integrationInstance/listings/bulk
Runs one action on many variations. A selected set of 50 or fewer runs immediately and returns the result; larger sets, filtered selections, and the map / create_products actions run in the background and return a tracked_job_log_id.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Request body:
action(string, required) — One of:map— Link variations to SKU.io products with the same SKU.create_products— Link by SKU, creating SKU.io products where none match.unmap— Remove mappings.enable_sync/disable_sync— Turn inventory push on/off for the parent listings.archive/unarchive.
selection(object, required)type(string, required) —selectedorfiltered.ids(array of integers, required whentypeisselected) — Listing variation IDs (theidfield).filters(object, optional) — Same filter keys as List Etsy Listings without thefilter[...]wrapper.
Immediate response fields: action, processed (variations considered), changed (variations affected), message.
Authentication: Bearer token (Personal Access Token).
delete removes the selected variations (and their SKU.io mappings) from SKU.io only — nothing changes on Etsy, and anything still listed on Etsy returns on the next catalog sync.

Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
