Submit Etsy Order Tracking
POST/api/etsy/instances/:integrationInstance/orders/:receipt/submit-tracking
Sends the tracking number from the latest fulfillment of the linked SKU.io sales order to Etsy now, marking the Etsy order shipped. Runs in the background; check tracking_submission_status on the order for the result.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Request body: none.
Authentication: Bearer token (Personal Access Token).
Queues the submission as a background job and returns its tracked job log id (data.tracked_job_log_id), which can be polled for progress and the outcome. Returns 422 when the order has no SKU.io fulfillment yet.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
