GET/api/support/agent/ai/control
Everything the AI agent must obey on its next check-in.
Required scope:
support:readGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
Response data
paused(boolean) — all AI work is pausedtickets(array) — every ticket the AI agent owns that is still unresolved, every ticket with an instruction it has not picked up, every ticket with a stop still waiting for its acknowledgement, and every ticket whose AI on/off switch moved in the last 24 hours. Each entry:ticket_id(integer)paused(boolean) — skip the ticketdisabled(boolean) — never claim or act on it; drop it from the local queuestop_requested_at(ISO 8601, nullable) — end the running session, then call Acknowledge AI Agent Stopstop_requested_by({id, name}, nullable) — who asked for the stopinstructions(array, oldest first) — not yet picked up:{id, ticket_id, kind (instruct|hand_back), text, created_by {id, name}, created_at, consumed_at}. Consume each with Consume AI Instruction before acting on it.
Authentication: Bearer token with the support:read scope belonging to the AI agent's own account — any other caller, including support admins, gets a 403. No tenant context — this endpoint is central.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
