Get AI Runner Feed
GET/api/support/agent/ai/feed
The calling runner's queue: the agent ticket queue narrowed to the tickets this runner already holds or may claim under the desk's routing rules — tickets assigned to its person (unless that person picked the ticket up themselves), and, when the runner takes unassigned work and is not paused, unassigned tickets. A runner that is turned off sees only the tickets it already holds. Claiming any other ticket returns 409 (see Claim Agent Ticket), so the feed and the claim always agree.
support:readGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
Accepts the same query parameters as the agent ticket queue; each row has the same shape as an agent ticket (including the work block with routed_to). Paginated, newest first.
Authentication: Bearer token with the support:read scope belonging to an AI runner account — anyone else gets a 403. No tenant context — this endpoint is central.
