Save the caller's own runner routing settings (the runner row is created the first time).

Required scope: support:write

Grant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.

Request body

• enabled (boolean, required) — false = the runner takes no new tickets
• scope (string, required) — assigned_and_unassigned (default) or assigned_only (never takes an unassigned ticket)

Authentication: Bearer token with the support:write scope on a support agent who works tickets. Viewers and AI runner accounts get a 403. No tenant context — this endpoint is central.
