Get My AI Runner

GET

/api/support/agent/ai/runners/me

The caller's own runner: for a person, the runner that works for them (defaults when never saved); for an AI runner account, the runner signed in with that token — a runner uses this to check which person its token works for.

Required scope: support:read

Grant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.

Runner fields

  • id (integer|null) — null for a person who has never saved settings (the defaults are shown)
  • owner ({id, name, email}|null) — the person the runner works for; null = the team runner
  • bot ({id, name}|null) — the runner's own account (its token); null until a token is minted for this person
  • is_mine (boolean) — the caller's own runner
  • enabled (boolean) — off = takes no new tickets (keeps the ones it holds)
  • scope (assigned_and_unassigned | assigned_only) and scope_label
  • online (boolean) — heartbeat within the last 5 minutes
  • available (boolean) — online, enabled, has a token and is not paused on its machine
  • accepting (boolean) — false while the runner reported itself paused
  • last_seen_at, version, host, running [{ticket_id, phase, started_at}], queue_size
  • host_conflict ({host, at}|null) — a second machine used this runner's token while it was online, within the last day
  • updated_at

Authentication: Bearer token with the support:read scope. No tenant context — this endpoint is central.
